You may choose one of our many services for soloQ or dynamicQ, or improve your Rank and MMR (matchmaking rating). You may choose from ranked games, duoQ or wins. After we receive your payment and user information, we assign one of our Master/Challenger Boosters to the order, you customize your order and we will begin to boost your account.

2. How can I be sure my Account won't be Stolen?

It is not possible to steal accounts since every account has a specific email associated to it, that only the owner has access to, so your account is always recoverable. Regardless, we also take extreme care to ensure that your information is kept secure.

3. Do the Boosters have Access to my IP/RP?

Boosters are not allowed to use your IP/RP unless you give them permission to do so. They have to message you and wait for your answer before using them, and this only happens if the booster needs an in-game item to speed up the service.

Boosters who receive negative reviews from customers will no longer be provided with orders, so they have every reason to act polite and professional while representing our company.

Services vary based on the details of each order. These factors include type of boost, how many games/divisions are purchased, and external factors outside of our control. 10. Can I play on my account while you are working on it?

You can play on your account during a boosting service, but please be sure that the booster is not logged into your account. Please refrain from playing Solo / Dynamic ranked games during a boost, as this conflicts with the services we are providing. We request you abstain from all ranked games until the service is completed.

11. Once I pay for Boost, what do I do Next?

Once you have paid for the boost, make sure you register on our site and then log into your account. You will receive a confirmation link by email to create a new account if there is no account registered to your email. After you are logged into your hanaboost account, you will customize the details for your boost service. Once you’ve customized your boosting order, the service is ready to begin.

Once the services that were purchased are completed, a refund is not possible. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us on Live Support and we will try to fix the problem.

21. Right now I gain less than 12 league points per Game, can I use the Division Boost Option?

If you win less than 12 league points per game, means your MMR is very low, so in this case the division boost is not an option, to improve your MMR we have the wins service that will fit much better and will help you in the future grinding the ranks.

22. Will the Booster Change my Masteries or Runes?

Usually boosters change one page of masteries or runes, if they need a different set, so they can perform at their best in every game.

23. Will the booster talk to my league friends while the boost is active?

No, the booster will have the ability to play offline, this means that the in-game chat is unavailable and they can't receive or send any messages.

24. What is the “Gifts” Option?
